What your subscription covers
The subscription provides access to the selected SYNAIX software tier for each commissioned asset. A deployment quote identifies the hardware and field work needed to connect it.
Hardware and sensors
SYNAIX AI-X retrofit hardware, sensor kits, gateways where needed, and replacement components are quoted separately. A previously discussed $350 preorder offer should be published only when its contents and fulfillment terms are finalized.
Site work and commissioning
Site survey, sensor selection, installation, electrical or controls work, commissioning, and any required network or cellular service are scoped for the facility and quoted separately.
Pilot programs
Pilot packages may be offered by written order. Each order should define its asset count, duration, included equipment and services, success measures, and subscription terms after the pilot.
Enterprise rollouts
For portfolios of 250 or more units, request a tailored quote for deployment volume, multi-site onboarding, integrations, reporting, and approved commercial terms.
